Nef was a proud man, who opened his hand of friendship to me as his son-in-law through marriage to Kathy and I was proud to accept that friendship and know him as my father-in-law. He was a man who loved to joke around, but also spoke his mind. He always took care of his family and was always there for them. It was a pleasure to have known Nef and will be truly missed. I'll always remember the stories my dad would tell us about his big brother Nefi. I have always admired Uncle Nefi because of that. I remember meeting him when we moved to Bellevue and always smiled seeing the two of them together. They looked so much alike! I know they are back together again. I love you Uncle Nefi!
