Marilyn Robinson, age 85, of Farmingville, NY died Tuesday, October 8, 2024. Marilyn was born August 12, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY. She was the beloved daughter of Helen and Frederick Weisbrod.

Marilyn has joined her adoring husband, Eddie, and cherished grandchildren, Sean and Kristin. Marilyn leaves behind her loving children, Ed, Linda, and Nancy; daughter-in-law, Nancy; and sons-in-law, Mike and Rich. Marilyn was a doting nana to her beloved grandchildren Michael, Lauren, Richie, Tommy, and Andrew.  She is survived by her dear brother Ron and a host of friends and family.

Marilyn will be forever remembered for being magnanimous, generous, altruistic and quick-witted. She was the person that accepted and loved everyone for who they were without judgment. Her humor was a gift to all that knew her; she had the ability to lighten the mood and bring laughter to even the most horrific situations. The world was a kinder and more fun place because of her.  Her spirit has touched all that knew her and her legacy will continue to impact the world through them.  

We will forever cherish the memories we have all made with her. She will be deeply missed. May God bless her and surround her with peace, love, and joy.

Visiting hours will be on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY. A Prayer Service will be officiated by Deacon James DiGiovanna at 6:00 PM during the Visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday. There will be a Funeral Service at McManus-Lorey Funeral Home on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 9:15 AM.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held  on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church Of The Resurrection, 50 Granny Road, Farmingville, NY with Rev. Gonzalo Oajaca-Lopez officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram on Saturday, October 26, 2024.
