Alfred was born in Brooklyn Borough, New York on April 10, 1941 to the adoring Parents, the Late Alfred Lombardi and the Late Florence Lombardi (nee Johnson). Beloved Husband of Jean M. Lombardi (nee Tilley). Loving Father of Karen (Jason) Zirkle, Thomas Lombardi and Jillian Fitzgerald. Dear Brother of Ann Urban and Edward Lombardi. Cherished Grandfather of Thomas, Grant, Kaitlyn, Michael, Madison, Colin and Hunter. Adoring Great-Grandfather to Noah and Dominick. There will be a Private Cremation followed by a Memorial Visitation for Alfred Lombardi held at McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horseblock Road, Medford, NY 11763 with an urn present on Friday, March 21, 2025, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. A Memorial Mass will take place at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Church of the Resurrection, 50 Granny Rd, Farmingville, NY 11738.
