Joseph Dulovic, 52-year resident of Centereach, NY, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. He was 86 years old. Joseph was born on February 7,1939 in New York, NY to Mary (née Liptak) and Michael Dulovic. He was one of five children.

Joseph lived life to the fullest, embracing every role with boundless love and dedication. On January 5, 1963 he married the love of his life Evelyn (ne Killian) Dulovic. Together they had two children and made their home together in Centereach. Joseph worked hard to support his cherished family; working as a VP and Senior Loan Officer for Citibank in New York for 30 years as well part-time for Newsday for 23 years. As a devoted husband, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he cherished his family above all else. He found joy in every moment, whether cheering on his six grandchildren at sporting events or getting together with family and friends for monthly poker where he was known as "The ringer". Beneath his quiet demeanor, Joseph was known for his humor and storytelling, often having his grandchildren laughing with recollections of his time growing up in New York City or his time serving in the United States Marine Corps.  Joseph was a man of God, attending weekly mass at his beloved church, Saint Margaret of Scotland R.C. Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister. Joseph's dedication to his family, selflessness and unwavering support for all around him will forever serve as a model for what it means to be a true "Family man".  The memories and joy he leaves behind will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Joseph is survived by his wife of 62 years Evelyn; children Thomas Dulovic (Catherine) of Farmingville, NY and Karen Callahan (Donald) of Centereach, NY; grandchildren Kimberly Catapano (Daniel), Thomas Dulovic (Alyssa), Brian Callahan (Caroline Massaro), Stephanie Dulovic (Scott Lee), Kristen Dulovic Maiale (Matthew) and Kevin Callahan (Katey Dewitt); and great-grandchildren Natalie Catapano and Ethan Catapano.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 27, 2025 from 4-7 P.M. at McManus-Lorey Funeral Home,

The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at Saint Margaret of Scotland R.C. Church, 81 College Road, Selden, New York 11784.

Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, 855 Canal Road, Mount Sinai, New York 11766.
