Obituary of Melissa G. Anzelone

Dr. Melissa Anzelone, N.D., passed away on November 13, 2025.

Born on November 3, 1982, in Medford, NY, to Joseph and Michelle Gagne, Melissa filled the world around her with warmth, kindness, and an unwavering generosity of spirit. 

To know Melissa was to witness someone who truly lived life to the fullest. She had an adventurous heart and a love for travel, always eager to experience new places and cultures. She cherished good food, shared meals that brought people together, and delighted in discovering new experiences—big or small. Her curiosity, joy, and openness made every moment with her feel richer.

Melissa was a loving daughter and sister, a loyal and thoughtful friend, and a devoted naturopathic doctor who poured her whole heart into helping others. Her deep belief and core value, both personally and professionally, without exception, was to elevate the lives of those around her. Her compassion, gentle wisdom, and ability to make everyone feel seen and heard left an indelible mark on the lives she touched.

She is survived by her parents, her sister Olivia, and her partner Peter, along with the countless family members and friends who loved her deeply and will forever carry her spirit with them.
