It is with profound sadness yet joyous remembrance that we announce the passing of Veronica "Ronnie" J. Wilgeroth, who left this world on February 14, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on November 4, 1952, in the Bronx, NY, to her parents, Bruno and Margaret Staltare, Veronica lived a life rich in love, family, and accomplishment.

Ronnie, as she was known by all, was a beloved wife to her husband, Steven Wilgeroth, and a dedicated mother to her three children, Steven, Toby, and Erin. Her warmth and wisdom have profoundly shaped the lives of her family. She will also be deeply missed by her siblings: Michael Staltare, Christine D'Antonio, Patricia Staltare, and Micki Kell, as well as her cherished grandchildren, Kalaigh and Jack Wilgeroth.

In celebration of her life, family and friends will gather for a memorial service at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Middle Island, NY, on March 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM. This gathering aims to honor Ronnie's spirit, share cherished memories, and remember the indelible impact she had on all who knew her. We encourage all those who loved her to come and share their stories.
