Mom,
You lived a simple life. One in which provided you a genuine sense of contentment. You were generous to a fault and freely gave what little you had. You held your faith foremost to your heart and it never wavered even at the end. There are so many lives you touched yet I don’t believe you were aware of just how many! You had a quiet resolve yet, you had a great sense of humor..
Although you weren’t able to see your children, grandchildren & great grandchildren as much as you wanted you loved them deeply and was proud of each. I can speak first hand of the love that you had for my children Christopher and Jessica. They loved you too and were very blessed to call you grandma.Let’s not forget how you adored my husband Joe. You had a huge affection for animals, specially dogs…
Over the years, you fought hard through many illnesses. You rarely complained no matter how sick or difficult it was for you.
You were a tiny but mighty warrior who never gave up, You believed that God would never fail you and He’d restore you to health and that happened for a long time. Though over these past many months you had enough. You grew tired and God took you home. No more discomfort, no more stress, no more fears, No more angst.
Mom, I pray that you only experience joy, love and eternal peace. I hope that you have rejoiced in joining Randy and all of our family & your friends who have gone before you. I know that you will be looking down with a watchful eye over those of us left behind.
Until we meet again-fly high and may you rest easy in eternal peace.
