She was the best sister, and the worst sister! I loved her very much and miss her so much. I planted a tree in her memory and talk to it every day.
When we were little we shared a bedroom ( 2 beds that we did not find out until we were parents ourselves were Bunkbeds). We played in that room, fought in that room, cried and laughed in that room. We shared clothes? If she didn’t see me wear something in while, she’d “borrow” it. She lent me my first big girl dress for a oh so important date.
It’s almost the anniversary of her passing so I don’t know if anyone will ever read this but writing it helps.

What a precious gift of Christian friendship we shared. We thank God for your presence in our lives. Your happy spirit was uplifting. The love and sacrifices you had for Dick and your family was always first in your heart. We served on the Board of Deacons together, attended church events, you cooked the best corned beef dinner on St. Patrick’s Day-you knew how to live and smile even with your many health issues. We will always cherish the pretty candy tin which you sent me containing Easter jellybeans. Rest in peace, dearest friend -you will be sorely missed

Ginny always had a smile for you and a hell of a laugh.Her laugh was contagious she was the best neighbor a GREAT COOK (and they never ate any leftover's in that house).This made me very happy because she sent that great food over for me to eat.Ginny made a quiche that was out of this world,I wish her family did not like it so much because I would have gotten a larger piece.I would wait for that knock on the door around 6pm and hope it was Dick with the leftovers.Another great thing was there clambake with there family and low and behold I got invited to a seafood spread that was out of this world.Ginny wou will be missed by so many people that loved you to the moon and back.If you did not put your application in for cook I will not be there.LOL RIP SWEETHEART LOVE PATTY & ALLIE

Virginia (Ginny) was a close friend of my wife (Helen) and I for over 50 years. Her loss has made me very sad for her family that I know so well. When we lived in New York our families had a close relationship; although I now live in Georgia we kept in contact. Ginny’s loss will be felt for long time by all of us. My deepest sympathy to her family for their loss.
