Wendy was my sister-in-law but in our hearts we were sisters. Wendy would often joke with my brother Allen, that God sent them to each other so that she and I would meet. Wendy & I met shortly before Allen & Wendy got married and there was this instant connection.
Wendy & I had many, many conversations through the years. We often talked about our families.
The "Love of her Life" was my brother Allen. She was happiest when she was with him. She told me often how much she loved him. She knew in her heart that Allen was the only one for her. She would say to me, " I hope he knows that" He knows, Wendy! He knows because he feels the same towards her. Their love for each other will ALWAYS BE!
One of Wendy's greatest joys are her children, Allen, Samantha & Jaclyn. She loved them "To the Moon & Back" That's something she ALWAYS said them. I know, they ALL know how SPECIAL her love for them is. Everyone knows how SPECIAL their love for her is!
Cora Lee, her granddaughter, has a special place in her heart. Cora will grow up knowing just how "SPECIAL" her "OMA" is.
For me, one of Wendy's special gifts to EVERYONE was her laughter. It was contagious! EVERYONE LOVED to be around her. She had such a giving heart and she loved sharing it with Everyone.
**I felt especially blessed that Wendy shared her love with me.** It is something I hold on to & will never forget. I love her ALWAYS!
Jesus was very important to her. She felt He was always there for her. Her & Jesus held a very "Special Bond". I know she is with Him looking down on us all saying I'm always going to be with you!
We won't have to look far. See something, hear something "BEAUTIFUL" and she is there, ALWAYS!
I will miss her Everyday and I will look or hear that "BEAUTIFUL" something and know she is with me.
