Mr. Dale P. Martin, age 60 , of Holtsville, NY died Tuesday,June 17, 2014 at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital in East Patchogue, New York. Mr. Martin was a Vice President with Phoenix Marketing. He is the Cherished Son of Eleanor Martin and the late William He was the Beloved Husband of Carol Martin(Pendergast). Funeral service will be at McManus-Lorey Funeral Home at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale, NY.
