Obituary of Anthony Peter Ruiz

Anthony Peter Ruiz of Farmingville, suddenly on July 9, 2014. Beloved husband of Donna Marie. Cherished son of Barbara and the late John Ruiz. Dear brother of John Michael Ruiz. Loving grandson of Josephine Sawicki and Angeles Ruiz. Anthony was a contractor radio technician for the Federal Protective Services for the Department of Homeland Security. He was also the Vice Flotilla Commander and Division Staff Officer for the Coast Guard Auxiliary, member of the Society for Creative Anachronisms and Ham Radio Association. Visitation at the funeral home Wednesday July 16th and Thursday July 17th from 12:00 to 3:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral from Funeral Home Friday 9:45 AM. Funeral Mass 10:45 AM at St. Margaret of Scotland RC Church, Selden. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram.
