Anthony J. Baiata, of Medford on April 25, 2016. Anthony is survived by beloved his wife Isa. Devoted father of Rosanna (Mark) Lake and Adriana (Remy) Forgues. Cherished grandfather of Isala Antonia, Gabriel, Cedric, and Cecile. Visitation for Anthony will be on Wednesday from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM and Thursday 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Funeral Mass Friday 10 AM at the Church of The Resurrection, Farmingville. Private Cremation following Mass.
