Grace Agnes Smith, of Medford, on August 21, 2016. Beloved wife of Thomas Peter Smith. Loving mother of Donna (& Ron), Jennifer (& John), Kathleen, Thomas (& Marybeth), Chen (& Peggy), Christina (& Brian), Colleen (& Bobby), Lang Suong and Sokhoeun Sao. Cherished grandmother of Sean, Samantha, Ariana, Kayla, McKenzie, Cheyenne, Mallory, Thomas, Paige, Matthew, Allison, Robert, Ryan, Jimmy, Angelina, Mikanzie, Kevin andCarrie. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM and 7:00 – 9:00 PM at the McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford. Funeral will be from the funeral home on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 AM at St. Frances Cabrini R.C. Church in Coram. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram, NY.
