Very sorrow to learn of Bill's passing. We were friends, competitors and partners. I first met Bill at T & S while either picking up some information or dropping some off as my father's firm would work well with his. That was when I was still a teenager, during the late 1970's I became friends with Bill working together on NSCE and then in 1992 becoming his partner in BBHV later to become BBV. I will always remember Bill as an honest and trustworthy person. Remembering our conversations about surveying, engineering and golf. Rest in Peace my friend you will be missed by many.
