Monica et al, I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother. I will say prayers for you and your family. This is something that always helped me: Do not stand at my grave and weep; I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry; I am not there, I did not die.

I have many fond memories of Mrs. Auer. Too many, to share them all. I remember her laugh, and her delicious cooking. Her holiday baking was enviable, and made want to do the same before and after I married and had my own children to bake for. I loved to spend time at the her home because it always was so warm and loving. I am sorry for your loss, Monica and Glenn. I know she'll be greatly missed.
