My dear Uncle Sal, we are so very sad that you are not with us any more but so greatful you are not suffering in any more pain. We will treasure all the great memories we have of you from family functions and family get togethers to summer bbqs and Christmas Eves. You were a true treasure in our lives and you will be so missed. Things will never be the same without you here but I know you will be watching over all of us. I am so greatful that I was blessed to be one of your nieces and blessed to be part of your family. You were my favorite uncle by far. I will miss you terribly. A gentle man that I was proud to call my second dad... I was just a little girl. I have all the memories tucked in my heart forever. You were always proud of me! And everytime I saw you... you wanted to know that " I was ok". All the time..... " you'll always be my daughter" is what you would say. Thank you for loving me the way you did and my family!!
